I bought on the website. How do I unlock the app?
Open the page you saw after paying on your phone and tap Unlock the app. Or copy the code from that page and enter it under You → Restore purchases. Codes stay good for 30 days.
How do I cancel?
App subscriptions cancel in App Store or Google Play under Subscriptions. Website subscriptions: email hello@thawdaily.com and we handle it.
Can I get a refund?
App purchases go through Apple or Google. Website purchases: email us within 14 days and we refund you.
What about a bad back or knee?
During setup — or later in settings — tell Thaw what to protect. It skips or softens anything that touches those areas, and every stretch has a gentler version.
Do I need a mat or equipment?
No. Floor or chair is enough. A folded towel is optional, never required.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Routines and illustrations ship with the app — plane, basement, no signal.
How do I delete my data?
Settings → Delete my data clears the phone immediately. Email hello@thawdaily.com if you want confirmation nothing remains on our side.
